failed – Network error

    Hi,

    I am not able to downlaod the backup.
    When I try to download them it says “failed – Network error”

    Do you know how can I fix this?

    Hi,

    It is possible that the backup no longer exists or could be connectivity issue.

    As a workaround you can download the backups directly from your backup folder storage. This is by default stored in the “wp-content/updraft” folder or if you have a remote storage you can visit the backup folder directly.

    Thanks I was able to download the backup through “wp-content/updraft” folder.

    I tried it through remote storage but somehow it takes too long and never seems to end.
