    Moving through the migration process but once you have started your migration.

    You get the “Unable to retrieve your backup” error message.

    This issue is normally caused by the host you are migrating to timing out when retrieving your backup. The fix is to change the chunk size as shown in the image below.

    Go to Transferito -> Settings and on the settings page.
    Change the chunk size to between 1 – 10 and click on the Update Settings button.

    Now retry your migration

    If this issue continues.
    Check the force upload check box, then click on the update settings button.
