    Hi,
I am sorry for the delayed reply. Have checked it on multiple hosts and the failed login is working for me.

Please recheck the settings and also try checking the spam email and see if it is sending or not?

    Thank you

    Thank you for checking again.

is there any chance that you may be using some plugin that changes/modifies the login. For example login customizer?

It’s very strange that one action is working and another is not working unless the action not not fired or something else happened in the process.

If you have any idea that a plugin you are using may have some effect on this process, please let me know the name and I can check with them.

    Thank you

we monitor all emails sent by the the server it is not being sent??

    no idea why

    Hi,
If you are monitoring and the email is not being sent,. It means the failed login even is not fired.

The action we use for sending failed login is “wp_login_failed”.

I had a look and I see that a plugin or theme can rewrite the “wp_authenticate()” and cause this action to not fire(the function is pluggable).

Can you please share me the list of plugin you are using?

    Thank you

    I suspect woocommerce

    Admin Columns Pro
    Advanced Woo Search
    Cloudflare
    Disable Comments
    Facebook Pixel
    Jetpack Carousel Enhancements
    Lazy Load by WP Rocket
    Magic Zoom for WooCommerce
    Mail Bank Business Edition
    MailChimp
    Toggle The Title
    WooCommerce
    WP User Login Notifier
    WP User Manager
    WPUM – MailChimp
    Yoast SEO

Thank you. Please allow me to look at the codes in next 1-2 days. I am also guessing either WooCommerce or WP User Manager. We can still have a compatibility with these.

    Thank you

ok figured it out, it works if you use the wp default login screen, but I am using the wpum login shortcode.

so its a problem with wpum, the logged in messages come but the failed ones dont with wpum, but do with the defualt p login screen.

I can confirm that it does not work for both woocommerce login, and wpum login forms

    Thank you for checking.

I do hope to test against WooCommerce in next 2-3 days and provide compatibility. I will test against the WP User Manager, Depending on whether that plugin provides a hook or not, I will let you know if the compatibility is feasible for it too.

    Regards
    Brajesh
