failed login attempt lock-out

Hello,

I am in desperate need of help with our?www.remarpro.com?account. I keep getting locked out due to too many failed login attempts, but I haven’t even logged in once. every day I try to login and it says I’m locked out for?24 hours. Then the next day I’m able to login, but the following day I’m locked out again for 24 hours. I can’t get work done like this. I have no idea why this keeps happening. I am guessing we are being targeted by brute force hacking attempts. I’ve done some research, but I am a total novice in dealing with all things wordpress, html, etc. I changed the password for the main user login, but it won’t let me change the username. So, I created a new user to be the admin, but that one is having the same lockout issues. I am hoping someone can please help and be able to explain it to someone who is not proficient in this area.
