• Just had an issue with Google Chrome where jquery stopped working. The installation of Types also stopped, and gave me some errors.

When I’m trying to remove and install the plugin again, it always ends up with an “Internal Server Error – 500”. I have trying using several themes, and found out there are no theme problems with the installation. The only problem is that there are some currupt files I need to detect and remove.

So I am wondering how I completely remove Types? Is there a temp folder where the installation files and other files are hidden?

    I have tried the following:
    – Change themes
    – Change web browser
    – Remove all plugins
    – Delete Types from plugins-folder, and reinstall from WordPress.

    Any help?

    ★ INSTRUCTIONS:

? Backup your website and database ?
? Deactivate/Delete the “Installer” plugin (if you have it)
    ? Deactivate all Toolset plugins
? Login via FTP to your wp-content/plugins folder
? Delete all Toolset Plugins folders
? Go to https://wp-types.com/account/downloads/ and download the latest stable Types Plugin, then extract it.
? Upload the plugin via FTP to the wp-content/plugins folder.
? alternatively you could upload the .zip file using Dashboard > Plugins > New > Upload
? Register the Plugin for your site
? you can do that under Dashboard > Types > Settings > Types Tools > Installer
? Download all other needed Plugins in case you have other Toolset Subscriptions
? Activate them in Dashboard > Plugins
This should not generate any problems.

    thanks
