    Hi,

    We have had a couple of instances that when a customer attempts to pay their due balance, their payment fails for whatever reason. If they then leave the checkout and come back later to pay their due amount, the payment button does not display and the due payment sub-order status is failed.

    This needs fixing as customers are wanting to come back and pay at a second attempt. Currently this requires manual action by an admin member to set the status of the sub-order back to pending-payment to make the payment button appear once again.
