Failed connection. Unable to connect to dynamics 365

Hi Alexacrm

I have an issue I am trying to connect to on premises to the crm at
https://stucrm.elluciancrmrecruit.com/

I get error
Unable to connect to Dynamics 365: Could not retrieve WSDL at https://stucrm.elluciancrmrecruit.com/XRMServices/2011/Organization.svc?wsdl. Check whether you selected the appropriate deployment type and that CRM URL and credentials are correct.

But I know those credentials I use to login to crm normamlly, is there something wrong with my url.
