Failed Card payments

It looks like you are experiencing issues on your site where customers are seeing the above error on checkout when trying to pay by card, correct?

Can you please clarify the following:

• Which payment gateway you are currently using on your site?
• Does this occur with all payment gateways or only a specific one?
• Does this occur with all orders, or only some (do some process successfully without an error)?
• Are you able to replicate the issue when placing a test order?

Additionally, can you please share the following:

• System Status Report: navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.
• Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.

Hello,

I am using the Piraeus Bank WooCommerce Payment Gateway to accept payments by card. The second payment is accepting payments by bank transfer.

We receive some successful payments by card and very few failed orders, however, the majority of the payments which fail are listed as pending payment.

Just curious, were you able to replicate the issue on your end by performing a test order? If not, I suggest trying to make a test order to check if you will end up with the same results.

The next step I’d suggest is to perform a conflict test if you are able to replicate the issue from the test order. This will help rule out any conflict or theme conflicts.
