Faile to update WordPress [cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 1000]

  • Hi,

    I have no problem updating plugins, theme and WordPress before, all update works very well.

    Until yesterday, when I try to update my WordPress, this error pops out.

    cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10003 milliseconds

    When I try to update my plugin, this error shows out also.

    A lot of the answer shows that i should contact my hosting, unfortunately, my hosting guy ask me how can they help?

    What should i ask and how can i solve this problem?

    PLEASE HELP ME AS THIS IS VERY URGENT ??
