• I’ve got the professional one.
Trying to export a form from web A to import in web B.
After clicking “import” in web B, I’ve got the below error message

Error message: Unknown column ‘cache’ in ‘field list’

Pls advise how to fix this.

    Hello @groovy-cfo,

My apologies for the inconveniences. I’ve found the conflict caused in the previous update of the plugin. Please, download and install the latest update of the plugin in the web B, and then try to import the form again.

    Best regards.

And how do I get the updated one, please?

I mean the “professional” version. Could not find any download button for this version on your website. Only get the original version via email after buying

    Hello @groovy-cfo,

Visiting the same download link we sent you by email (after purchase the plugin) you would be downloading the latest update, furthermore, if you register your copy of the plugin (entering the same email address used to purchase the plugin) the updates can be installed directly from your WordPress:

    Hi,

I have followed the old email link, download & re-install, and still get the same error message. Sorry but I can’t raise any ticket in your private website I guess because I have bought it for longer than 6 months. Have tried sending many tickets earlier (asking how to move my old form from hacked / corrupted website), but no response back.

And I have registered my email. Still get the same error message.

    Hello

I’ve found the email you sent me in the past, and I responded it on:

    Wed, May 16 2018 10:56am – Mike D.

You should check the spam folder in your email application.

    Best regards.

Hi, that one you responded is the one I raised through “customisation” because I thought that question did relate to customisation. But the one I raised ealier through “product support” topic (2-3 times) never got answered. I’m not sure why. May be some technical error made them never reach you?

Anyway, I will raise this issue via “customisation” in your website then. Thank you so much. At first felt guilty to do so as if I was cheated on you if I raise support question via “customisation” form.
