Fail to export due to error message

    Hi rjpp,

    Could you right click and save link as instead of clicking the download button?
    You can also download the .wpress backup that you have exported via FTP (wp-content/ai1wm-backups).

    Hi,

    I tried but nothing happened, got another error message that couldn’t find the file.
    I’m just interested in one of the plugins, the rate quote calculator I have installed. Is there some specific instruction I need to follow in order to do this?

    Hi rjpp,

    Were you able to download the .wpress file using FTP?
    You can login your FTP and get the file from wp-content/ai1wm-backups.
