    Hi,

    I got this error in Site kit by Google:

    google_api_connection_fail

    What to do?

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    It seems there is a security plugin installed which has disabled Web Application Firewall (WAF) rules that’s why you are facing google_api_connection_fail issue.

    Can you please check the configuration of the plugin(Security & Malware scan by CleanTalk) you are using or disable it for a while? After disabling please try to setup Site Kit once more.

    Hello @elo1968 ,

    Alright, please share your Site Health information via form privately & mention your host service name as well.

    In the meantime please ask your host to apply following command in wp-cli just to make sure your server is not blocking Site Kit service for communication.

    wp eval 'print_r(wp_remote_head("https://sitekit.withgoogle.com"));'
