  • Hai, I tried to check your website upon my browser and noticed that my Anti-Virus software is denying to access it. I checked the same upon the Sucuri malware + security scanner and found some malware are affected upon your website. Here’s the report for your reference.

Can you please fix that as first, so that I can take a look upon your website to know why the prompt is not showing.

    Hi Jose,

I delete all malware that wordfence security detect on my site but still not working… :/

Thanks for getting back to me. Seems like the malware is removed by you and now I can access the website from my end.

Can you please set the same page which you set for Start Page for the Offline Page too, from the drop down option available within our plugin’s settings page?

    ??

Seems like you’ve done the reverse which I suggested. Can you set any other page for both Start Page and Offline Page.

Good day! We looked at your website and noticed all the features of PWA are working perfectly like Add to Homescreen, Splash screen, Offline Caching, Theme color etc.
    Steps to troubleshoot:

    1) Can you please let me know whether you have installed the PWA earlier for the same website on your device? If yes, please uninstall and clear the cache. You can easily check this by tapping the browser menu (the three dots at the right corner of your Chrome Browser), if its added earlier you can see “Open ideal” there, otherwise it will be “Add to HomeScreen“.

    2) Can you please let me know whether you have cleared the browsing data on browser? Here’s the steps to clear the browsing data by tapping the browser menu on Google Chrome for Android > Settings > Privacy > Clear browsing data > Select Advanced tab > from that select options like Browsing history, Cookies and site data, Cached images and files, Site settings and tap Clear Data.

    3) Can you check any other PWA website’s (you can check our website superpwa.com) and let me know whether the Add to Home screen prompt occurs or not on your browser? If not, its because of the low memory storage limit within your device for browser. Free up some space and clear the cache to test it again.

    4) Also please confirm whether you are testing upon Google Chrome for Android or on iOS device?

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts.

    Hi jose,

Now is working i start to delete my cache on chrome browser but that not work..

So i decide to desactive all plugins and them reactive.. delete cache on wordpress and on my chrome and done!

Now work well but i see that when i use the incognito mode is not displaying to add on home screen i check on my pc windows 10 and device android with chrome..

    Glad to hear that.

Add to Himescreen prompt and PWA won’t prompt upon Incognito mode.
