Fail FTP backup

  • I’ve been keeping backups locally. I use Filezilla. I had to restore the site. After uploading the WP install failed. When I examine the files locally and server side, they all look complete and the proper size.

    I did not backup my database which resides server side.

    What method should I use OR is there hope for my site?
