• Hi. I had a system crash part way through doing some updates, now can’t login in to my wordpress site at all. Across the top of the screen I get the messages below. So, I can’t login in at all, so can’t seen to fix anything! Frustrating I must say. Any assistance appreciated.

  • Hi,

I believe WordPress plugin no-title-tooltips is problematic here. If you have access to cPanel file manager,
Navigate to web/content/wp-content/plugins and rename the no-title-tooltips plugin folder. You should get access to wp-admin.

    Thanks,

This is due to your plugin No Title Tooltips . Remove the folder from your plugins directory or rename it through your file manager for FTP.

Then you will be able to log into your wordpress admin panel.
