• Hello,

    In versions later than 2.6.1 I have some errors:

    – At frontend, the shortcode is displayed (I think I have to update the shortcode from “bsk-pdf-manager-list-category” to “bsk-pdfm-category-ul”)
    – All the existing PDF/ Documents appear as “Expired”, so after updating the shortcode, nothing is displayed at frontend
    – I cannot edit the existing PDF, this message appears:”Failed to update document.”. Neither can add new ones, this message appears: “Failed to add document.”

    Would appreciate any help.

    Do you use the free version or the Pro version?

    So your previous version is 2.6.1 and just updated from it? Version 2.6.1 is too old, please update to the latest version to have a test.

    By the way, please keep updating to the latest version always.

    If you still cannot sort it out please contact us on our website.

    Hello, I use the free version.
    I tried update time ago, and I faced this issue. So waited some updates to see if it was resolved, but up to this moment it is not. Every time I intent to update, the same problem appears.

    So it must caused by updating. Please contact us on our website and we’ll guide you how to fix the issue.

    Please make sure you have updated to the latest version. And then send us the for tables that name start at wp_bsk_ and we’ll help you to check the issue.
