Fade transitions / animations not working

The fade issue is still not fixed after last 2 updates. The slider transition option is set under options to “Fade”, I have never changed it, however it now only slides after latest update even though the fade option is selected. How to fix this? This one is most important to me to fix.

The issue with the fade animation settings carrying across after update is still not resolved. I updated to the latest version and the fade animations on all the text on each banner (h1 titles and descriptions) was not carried across, I had to manually redo it all on each banner and it’s not the same smooth look as it was prior. When you click on the text, go under animation, the button for “fade animation” was turned off by the updates, once it is turned on the settings are not the same with the same look. I mentioned this months back but it still hasn’t been resolved.
