    When someone hovers over a featured image on the home page, is there a way to add a a hover/transition effect?

    @wderieryp Sure, you can add any custom CSS you want to Additional CSS in the Customizer. You should be able to use any prebuilt hover effect by changing the targeting to the “.preview-media-link” element used for the preview media link in Eksell.
