Fade option does not working on Mobile

    Hi, I bought the pro version thinking about solving the problem, but it does not.
    When the “fade” option is active, only the messenger icon appears on the smartphone, without the Greeting Dialog Display.
    Instead on the desktop everything works correctly.
    I have also tried to clean up the cache but the problem persists.
    How can I fix it?
