I really like the fade in feature for the ‘Sections’ but would like them to load earlier. It seems that they are set to load when you scroll past a certain point but I’d them to load earlier as it appears as though areas of the page are blank until you scroll far enough down.

    Could anyone advise please?

    Thank you in advance.

  • Hi Lorraine, I’m pretty new at this too, but I think i figured this one out. This is what worked for me: It’s the custom.js file in the js folder under the SKT White Theme folder (which i could not access through WordPress–I had to go to my hosting account to edit the file). Once you get the file open, you have to change the number after
topOfWindow+ I changed mine from topOfWindow+400 to topOfWindow+700 and it works great now. There’s several instances of this code in the custom.js file (like 10 I think), depending on which class (fadeIn, bounceIn, etc.) that you want to change. You can also change the speed and delay of your slider in this file (aimSpeed and pauseTime). Hope this helps!

Thank you very much Johnny, this is a bit beyond my skills unfortunately… I am only confident within WordPress so will have to hand these instructions over to someone else. Really appreciate your help ??

    Lorraine,
If you need help, I maybe able to update for you?
