  • Hi @futballpro thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear you’re having troubles with your images. This usually happens when a CDN(content delivery network) has been set up for the site, you’ll need to make sure it has the appropriate CORS configuration set on your CDN to allow for these images to be shared from your CDN to your domain.

You can confirm this is CORS related by checking this section of our guide.

Specifically, the Access-Control-Allow-Origin headers on the CDN needs to be set. For example Access-Control-Allow-Origin: *

Please reach out to your website developer or hosting provider for guidance on how to configure this.

If you have any further questions on this please let me know.

Is there any tutorial for this? My website is using Hostinger and cloudflare. Facing a problem, how to solve this issue exactly? There is no video related to this on youtube.
    Please help

@futballpro unfortunately as this falls out of the scope of the Web Stories plugin I can’t provide you with a tutorial on how you can do this. If you reach out to your hosting provider they should be able to provide this for you with the most up to date instructions.

Once you have completed those steps this should fix the images issue you see in the Web Stories editor but if not then please let me know and we can look into this further for you.
