Facing problem when use this plugin with Facebook messenger plugin.

  • Hi, when I using this plugin, all Facebook messenger(live chat) plugins will become not working, must disable this plugin Facebook share feature to use Facebook messenger(live chat) plugin, I tried 5 different Facebook messenger(live chat) plugin also same, so it’s this plugin problem, do you have any solution? unless I don’t use the Facebook share only use twitter or google+, then both plugin can work together.

    Hi,
    I tried all Facebook messenger plugin like: WP Chatbot, Live Chat with Facebook Messenger, Facebook Messenger (Live Chat), Facebook Messenger LiveChat etc.. all cannot working when enable Facebook share feature and fill in the app id in your plugin setting. unless I delete the Facebook app id then all the messenger plugin back to normal.

    I feel like the problem is came out from your plugin setting then Facebook app id.

    I think the problem is came out from Yith plugin not yours, because I have tested around 3~4 Messenger plugin with this Yith plugin, all cannot working when I fill in the Facebook App Id on this Yith plugin, So definitely is not your plugin problem, however I have tried to deactivated your plugin and re-activated again, but still same.

    I am not sure, i did’t tested YITH plugin,

    as i guess Its not the problem with YITH as well

    when multiple fb skds are added with different version, language or long before released fb sdk versions sometimes the problem occurs

    in some way we made a fix for that, i think now it will work fine, if not works still we have some idea how to fix that.

    Still no luck… after fill in the Facebook App ID in this Yith plugin, your plugin (the FB messenger icon on front-end) disappear again.. ??
