facing issue while receiving emails

  • hi

    i am facing issue while receiving emails from one form, all other forms are sending emails perfectly, can u resolve?

    Version 2.9.9, free version

    all other forms working but one single form doesnt.

    i have total 10 forms, including 1 non working one

    Try installing the WP Mail Logging plugin which will log every email WordPress sends and can list any errors it encounters, which should assist in troubleshooting the problem.

    I am also having that issue, however, I am not sure how many forms? I have tested and we get the emails, but we have not been getting “real” entries to our mailboxes. They are in the entries. Just installed WP Mail Logging so I will let you know.
