    Hi @ghufransiddiqui2k,

    Thanks for your message.

This error could for example appear if you manually entered incorrect PayPal API credentials. Did you connect your account with the “Connect to PayPal” button?
If not, I suggest giving this a try first.
You can read more about how to connect your PayPal account here: https://paypal.inpsyde.com/docs/connect-a-paypal-account/

But if the issue remains after a new onboarding, we’d be interested in a copy of your WooCommerce system report and your latest PayPal Payments log files.

The system report can be accessed from here:
WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support
The plugin log files can be accessed from here:
WooCommerce > Status > Logs > select “woocommerce-paypal-payments-[…]” in the dropdown and click on view.
You can share it either here in the forums or privately with us from here:
    https://paypal.inpsyde.com/docs/request-support/

    Thanks!

    Kind regards,
    Niklas

yes the error was showing when I put details manually, when I used “Connect to PayPal” button it is working now, but all the details are same which was entered manually too.

    why entering manually not working?

    Hello @ghufransiddiqui2k

Good to hear the solution Niklas provided got your problem resolved. To answer your question: when you connect with the manual option, there are some webhooks that don’t get established that do get established when using the wizard.

Hope this answers your question to your satisfaction.

    Kind regards,
    Joost

    Hello,

I’m having a similar issue when I test my site in sandbox mode; I’m getting the same error message even though I tried several times.
I connected my with the Paypal button instead of manually entering the info and each time, everything went smoothly until I clicked the Paypal payment button in my ‘checkout’ page to make a purchase…… then the error message comes up.

I also noticed that if I only add 1 product to my cart it works fine but if I add more, I get the error message.
Can you help with this please? Thanks!

    Hello @thinkyouknowtrivia

I think it might be better to open your own thread or open a service desk ticket with us (via: https://paypal.inpsyde.com/docs/request-support) because the original post of this thread contains already 2 errors and most of the time these issues are not even related.

If you open a new service desk ticket, please don’t forget to provide the error you are seeing, system report and logs you are getting (don’t forget to activate “logging” in order to have these logs generated).

    Kind regards,
    Joost
