facing big problem unable to use white lable cms

    Hi i am using two wordpress sites.

    in 1st site i already installed whitelable cms plugin. so i decided to export same settings to site 2. problem started from here. after imported 1st site settings, i am unable to access administrator all features it is showing only some portion of the site options, because i restricted in 1st site. even i am unable to uninstall because that options not visible ( plugins dashboard ). so i deleted plugin using filezilla client tool. then i accessed my admin dashboard. again installed white cms plugin, but same problem. even after deleted plugin from 2nd site, 1st site imported settings are not deleted. how to completely uninstall white lable cms? i want to start with new

    i tried wp-optimize plugin for delete data tables which are not deleted while deleting white lable cms. (but not working after database optimization)

    Hi,

    Sorry for the late reply to this. I hope its not too late.

    I would recommend resetting the plugin. You can do this by appending this to your domain:

    /wp-admin/options-general.php?page=wlcms&wlcms-action=reset

    This will reset all the setting.

    Also you can access the settings directly by using the URL with would be this:

    /wp-admin/options-general.php?page=wlcms-plugin.php

    This should fix your problem.
