Facebookvideo doesn't play insite but opens up a new window

It’s a change on facebook, for some reason they dont want you to play videos on your site, you can try embedding the video raw, with a shortcode or set “embed video raw” on setting page. This is probably temporary issue, will have to invetigate further.

Is it temporary yes? Let me know if this problem can be solved ??

The RAW Video option works, but the only thing thats missing there is some sort of “PLAY” button.. The video could just be a picture.. Unless you know u have to click for the video to play..

Please update to version 1.8.3 raw videos look better.

Hi. How to embed FB video as a post, but not only a RAW video? I unmarked everything in “Raw Embedded Options” tab, however it still shows me just a RAW video on the website without facebook outline box and everything related to it

You can try overriding the optios using the shortcode

[facebook=video_url raw=false ]

No difference with this code. It shows RAW video. Any other suggestions?

I’m having the same problem as @miss_ella. Did her problem get solved?
I have tried all of the above.
Still not showing up as video in my blog post.
