Facebook XML File too long

    Hello,

    recently I got this issue in Facebook and cant upload the catalog anymore. The actual error in FB is:
    XML file line too long
    Line 2 of XML file too long. We have a limit of 5242880 per line to
    avoid our processing from failing.Please format your XML into multiple
    lines.

    I have less than 500 variable products. Anyone have this issue?

    The main issue is that there are multiple products duplicated in the file.
    I can see the same product as <item> 2 to 4 times in the file. Not all the products, just the 1/3 (a third) newest ones.
    This is why the file got “too large” all of a sudden.
