    Hello, I set up my FB pixel and connected my store to my FB and Instagram page, and it has been working fine for weeks. It initially uploaded the first batch of products, a week later I added two new ones and it synced perfectly.

    Now, since updating, it’s saying that I have no micro data or facebook ID’s with any of my products.

    However, everything is showing fine within business manager and in the products within WC product itself, it has a Facebook id. What has gone wrong? How can I fix this?

    I have added 4 new products that are not connecting. Please advise.

    Thanks for reaching out. Happy to help you with this!

    When you first installed the plugin, do you remember what the version number was? Was it one of the 1.11.x numbers? The latest version is now 2.0.5 and some changes were made from v1 to v2.

    Since updating, have you been able to manage your connection using the “Manage Connection” button on the WooCommerce > Facebook settings page?
