    Hi all,

    So I have tried to solve this using the search results and gone through all that I could find, but I cannot get the Facebook variations to work (even though it worked on some products but none since).

    I have made sure that there is no virtual products and that all variations have stock showing. All are in the correct catalogue and I have disabled plugins to check that too. When I click update product it does give me a Facebook ID but as I said no variant ID.

    Spent too long trying to solve this so any help would be appreciated.

    Sorry to hear you’re having trouble!

    You say you’ve tried a lot of things already. Have you tried to Reset Facebook Metadata for the Product and then updating? That can help to resolve this issue.

    If this has not / does not work, please can you:

    • Enable logging for the extension under Marketing > Facebook
    • Delete one of the affected products from Facebook and let it sync again
    • Share the logs for Facebook that you find under WooCommerce > Status > Logs

    We may be able to pick up some clues from the logs.
