Facebook Twitter Publish Plugin just like WordPress.com

  • WordPress.com has a Facebook-Twitter publish plugin, that allows you to automatically post to these sites when you publish. I can’t find anything like this in www.remarpro.com.

    Any easy to use facebok/twitter plugins for self-hosted? The ones I’ve tried seem to be too complicated to get around.
