Facebook & Twitter logins not working

  • The facebook app setting has the https://domain(s) with & without www for allowed urls. It displays the login screen, but after logging in via Facebook, it redirects to the tld (ourdomain.com/) instead of going to the page that we set up in super socializer. The user is NOT logged in. No warning or error message!

    For twitter, it logs in and then redirects to /?SuperSocializerEmail=1&par=1709556004 or some other number, and again the user is not logged in.

    To look into the Facebook login issue, we need the url of webpage where you have enabled social login icons.
    Twitter login asks for user’s email that’s why it redirects to that url so that user can enter their email when prompted.
    If you don’t want this, you can disable the Email required option in Advanced Configuration section at Super Socializer > Social Login page in admin area OR you can whitelist the Twitter app to provide user’s email address as mentioned in the note in step 5 at following link:
