Facebook/ twitter link confusion

    I am having a problem when sharing a wordpress blog link in facebook.

    I have the “add link to facebook” plugin which works fine. It posts my blog link to my facebook page perfectly. Since I don’t have the pro version, I usually copy and paste the link to my facebook profile page. This also used to work fine. But now when I either paste, like or share the link it shows the twitter URL and website URL instead of the blog title, excerpt and image.

    If you go to my facebook page, you will see that I have liked my blog on my website which shows on my facebook profile page, but it shows incorrectly.

    Is there anyone here who understands my problem and can help me?

    If you go to my facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/healthandfitnessexpert) and share the blog on FATS you will notice that it shares the twitter URL and website URL instead of sharing it exactly the way it is posted on my fb page (with the blog title, excerpt and image).

    Please help!
