Just installed this plugin. All working fine except the counts (FaceBook Likes and Twitter) are displaying incorrect totals.

Twitter icon saying I have zero followers.

Facebook Likes showing a fraction of actual likes that I have on my Facebook page.

It’s as if the plugin isn’t communicating with Facebook and Twitter correctly. In the short term I’ve manually entered the number of counts but don’t want to rely on that in the long term.

Anyone had this problem before?

WP Version 3.8.5 (not 3.8.3)

Thanks for your question WordPressForumsTony.

Please note that the facebook count shows how many likes your blog got (so not your facebook page for example). We’re currently looking into enabling the latter too though.

Twitter counts should work. What’s your blog url and Twitter account username?

Ahhh ok.. Gotcha. Do I change that on the Twitter App site or somewhere on the plugin?

Yes I did that which generated the 4 tokens which I have entered.

Ok, that I don’t understand then, usually it works. We can look into it (please share your dashboard details with support at ultimatelysocial dot com) however it may take a while because we’re currently working on a major update.
