Facebook thumbnail won’t show on specific account

    Hi there!

    The problem I’m facing is, that on the collegeue’s Facebook account, the thubmnail of a certain product won’t be displayed on post. I’ve did a test on https://developers.facebook.com/, the thumbnail is shown, I’ve went on different FB accounts, on icognite mode still the thumbnail of a product is shown. It just won’t be shown on my collegue’s FB account, and I just want to be sure that others users won’t have the same problem as my collegue.

    Hello Rokaklih,

    Thanks for reaching out about your post’s Facebook preview.

    Since there were no errors for that post in the Facebook debugger, it should be fine for other users. The issue may be specific to your colleague’s location. Can you share the URL of the post? Does your colleague have VPN on? You may also advise that they deactivate all browser extensions and debug again.

    Thanks, no he doesn’t have VPN on. The link -> https://ekosirarna.si/izdelek/teletina/. My colleague tried to deactavite all of his chrome’s extensions, but still the same problem occurs.

    The problem I think it’s only on his end, because all of my others collegues can see the post, and even on icognito mode it’s working. So if you have any more suggestions let me know.

    Hi @rokaklih

    It may have to do something with his setup specifically because when we view the page source of https://ekosirarna.si/izdelek/teletina/, we do see it is outputting all of the correct open graph tags (which is generated by the Yoast SEO plugin) and when testing it on Facebook’s Sharing Debugger Tool here, it does seem to output the expected social preview.

    yeah, it does make sense, that it has to do something with his setup.
