Facebook thumbnail very blurry

  • Hello.
    I have used a customized social image for Facebook on this post and the image is very very blurry, I have uploaded the image in different sizes, proportions and quality, but the thumbnail is always blurry. The same happens on Twitter and LinkedIn, but it’s the worst on Facebook. I don’t understand why.

A quick Google search for ‘Facebook image sizes’ (without the quotes) could also help provide you with more information about the image requirements.

    Hello, thank you very much. I’ve looked into the requirements of FB for images and my images cover them, that’s why I came here. Also, I can’t seem to find Facebook Community Help – I recall there was such a thing at some point, but I think they might’ve disbanded it. Thanks.

    I see. Hopefully someone else could provide a more helpful answer. Just in case, I added below the guidelines from Meta for Facebook — at the top, they did say to use ‘the highest resolution images available’. Also, if you are using a plugin to share posts on social media, check with the plugin support forum community, as other plugin users might be able to help you with your image issues.
