    Hi Adam,

There is some access restriction. Thats why your page shows Syndication Error.

Facebook allows rss feeds for pages/group with “Everyone” as privacy settings.

    Thanks,
    Lakshmanan.

Just so I understand, Facebook won’t allow you to grab the feed with any age restrictions? That’s what I was afraid of, thank you for clearing that up.

In response to ShoGun.se, excuse my ignorance, but I can’t see where to go to the edit page and choose “permissions” to change the age restrictions. I have account settings and privacy settings. Is it somewhere in there?

    Hi lakshmananphp,

I am having a similar problem where the plugin is returning a feed error. I have checked the mashable one and it is working fine.

The page id is 479706785439, any help would be greatly appreciated as I am about to put a website live using your plugin.

    Thanks,

I had the same problem, but I have other pages I managed that worked fine. I compared the settings and experimented until I figured it out. What worked for me was to change the country restrictions to “Hide this page from viewers in these countries” but don’t have anything listed in the Country Restrictions box.

    Hi jodzeee,

I have to appreciate you for sharing your experience & guiding others.

Thanks for spending your time for this.

    Thanks again
    Lakshmanan

Always happy to help. I gain so much from forums like these and it’s the least I can do to share with others what I learn. As well as to document my findings so I can go back to it when I forget how I’d done something ??
