Facebook sync Variable

Hi @badgesonboard. What is the URL where I can see the products in your WooCommerce store? Is your product a variable product with the variations syncing to Facebook?

URL is badgesonboard.com my products are all variables so I’m unsure why they don’t show like that on Facebook

Variations should be grouped within Facebook. Do all of the variations appear this way or only a few?

If many, it’s likely another plugin or the active theme causing a code conflict.

They are all showing as separate products …. what can I do ??

The best way to determine this is to:

• Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
• Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and the Facebook plugin
• Repeat the action that is causing the problem

This is best done on a staging site. That’s a copy of your live site, so you can test things out without making changes to your actual site. Some hosting companies offer a staging site service within their hosting plans. If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.
