Facebook Statuses

  • I have purchased premium support which guarantees 48 hour response time but have not received any responses in over a month.

    I had FB set up to import everything, but could only get it to import pictures, not statuses. I am still not seeing statuses import, and now pictures don’t even come through.

    I am sure there is something simple I’m missing but I’ve followed all of the instructions I can find. How do I receive support?

    May I reword my question?

    I have the latest version of BuddyStream. I had FB set up to import everything, but could only get it to import pictures, not statuses. I am still not seeing statuses import, and now pictures no longer come through either.

    I am sure there is something simple I’m missing but I’ve followed all of the instructions I can find – how to do I get this to sync properly with Facebook and import statuses, photos and links?
