    Social link for FB is limited to group type but FB allow personal account update to pro and that just same as Group functions. So why JetPack does not to change the link limit to include personal pro account. That also limit to instagram too.

    I see you mentioned “Social link for FB is limited to group type” – could you please clarify which social link you are referring to?

    You also mentioned “So why JetPack does not to change the link limit” – could you please clarify this as well which link limit you are referring to?

    My FB personal account change to pro and lost my group, than I re-build a group account and can link now . But, my IG account is business and cannot link any more.

    Can you confirm you can now connect with Facebook by using a page account?

    Yes, after I create a new Group, it can link to my group account.

    But the linking to business IG account still can not work.

    I also approve that JetPack can not link to personal account regardless pro or normal.

    I am glad to hear you have solved the Facebook connection issue. As for the Instagram connection, I can confirm you will need a Business account – you can read more about that here.

    Hi @tonyks7748,

    I’m trying to understand the isseu and I’d like to help clarify a few things.

    First, when you mentioned a “pro account,” can you clarify to what specifically were you referring to Please note that Jetpack Social currently supports Facebook Pages only. It does not support personal accounts (including “Professional Mode”) or Facebook Groups due to Facebook’s API restrictions.

    Second, you mentioned your Instagram account is a Business account but that it still cannot connect. To clarify, is your Instagram Business account properly linked to a Facebook Page? You can read about that here. This connection is required for Jetpack Social to work.

    Last, could you describe the exact issue you’re facing and what are you trying to do and what’s happening? I’m afraid that for us is still not clear what do you want to do.
