Facebook Social Counter not working

  • Hi,

    Great plug in. Unfortunately the Facebook social counter is not working. Other plugins are able to find the nuber of likes on my page via a Facebook API, but your plugin does not request this information. Doesn’t it require the Facebook API?

    Also I entered another number incase the API did not work and now I am unable to remove that number, even if I delete it from the “Count” text box and delete the cache.

    Please advise.

  • I lost all the share counts on Facebook. Everything now says 0. Is there anyway of getting these back.

    Hello Etienne Juneau,

    Have you entered the correct facebook APP id and APP secret? If yes and still you are not getting the fans counter for facebook can you please send us your site details to our support mail [email protected] so that we can check the issue on your site?

    Are you asking for support for the “Accesspress social share”? If yes please ask in that plugins support thread.

    FYI we have already release an update of a plugin with the facebook share counter issue and please note that all you share counts will not be lost. So in the lastest version of plugin you need to crate facebook APP and enter the facebook APP id and APP secret and the share counter should work fine.

    hi i am corrected a lastest version v1.7.3 of arqam plugin fixed the facebook count problem here is the link with all the description

    it include corrected code images and php file ..correct it yourself by by seeing picture ..
    or simply replace a arqam.php file in plugin with the given file arqamcorrected.php it will solve your problem
