Facebook show “not sync” in catalog

Hey @gdsystem – I’m not entire sure what you mean by “I have some products that are “noy sync and delete” option in catalog.”.

When I change or delete the product price on the website, it does not change on facebook and instagram. Product sync is not working.
So I disconnected and reconnected, now the screen is blank

in this case on facebook i can see the shoe size, but the product is out of stock and
i should’t see the size

When switching to “Do not sync”, did you click on “Remove from sync and delete”? Screenshot: https://d.pr/dzWmIq

If you didn’t, you could try that option and see if the variant gets removed from Facebook.

@gdsystem i have same problem and i fixed. Which languace and currency What is your site language and currency? Change language to english in General Settings and change currency to usd in woocomerce settings. Disconnect and reconnect on home page of Woocomerce for facebook plugin. Then sync the products. Then go back to the language and currency you use (I also changed the time zone setting) and update the products again.

Hey @gdsystem – I suspect this may be related to the issue described here: https://github.com/woocommerce/facebook-for-woocommerce/issues/2139 – can you take a look and see if the issue looks like what you are seeing?
