Facebook sharing on mobile device not working

  • Hi — I installed both Sassy Social Share and the meta tag plugin and everything is working fine (pretty much stuck with your default settings) EXCEPT the FB share on mobile device doesn’t work (it does on desktop). I get a “something went wrong” FB error (opens up a browser page on the device, not the mobile app) and says “Shared Logins are not available on mobile.”

    Both Twitter and LinkedIn work great and open up the share link in the mobile app – but not FB. Note, if I use my mobile browser (Chrome) share function (not the Sassy FB button) it works fine and opens the FB app — it’s the Sassy Share FB button that’s not working on mobile. I’d love to have it working as well as the rest! Advice?

    This seems some problem related to your Facebook app you are using in your mobile. You can try Facebook share in another android mobile device.
