Facebook shares sporadically not showing. All others show.

We’re using the Whitelabel version of Super Socializer on our blog that launched a couple of weeks ago:
Generally the plugin works great, and my client is very happy with it, but we’ve noticed that sometime the share number for Facebook doesn’t show up. The other share numbers will show, and sometimes the FB number shows, but sometimes the area of FB is blank even for posts with shares. We haven’t noticed a pattern to when this happens, but right at this moment this page:
Shows share numbers for Twitter, G+, LinkedIn, and Pinterest, and it should be showing around 60 or so FB shares, but isn’t. My client, the website owner, tells me that “The counts are totally right — matches the number of likes and shares we’re getting across social platforms. There should be a # over FB — it was 60 something for the webinar. I haven’t really noticed a pattern. Sometimes if I close it out and re-open the page and refresh it a bunch it’ll show up. “
Super Socializer is the only plugin we are running. If you can give us any ideas or insight we’d sure appreciate it. Thanks!
