i always get an facebook sharer error when i try to poast a link to facebook with simple share buttons.
e.g.
https://ixtract.de/portfolio-item/raufeld-medien-infografikserie/
creates
https://www.facebook.com/sharer/sharer.php?u=http%3A%2F%2Fixtract.de%2Fportfolio-item%2Fraufeld-medien-infografikserie%2FHow can i handle this behaviour?
