    this is my website https://www.simposell.com

    This is the image that will be shared by https://simposell.com/product/sony-dslr-a290-digital-camera-body/:

    <!-- og:image:1 --><meta property="og:image" content="https://simposell.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/image7-600x448.jpg"/>
    <!-- og:image:1 --><meta property="og:image:width" content="600"/>
    <!-- og:image:1 --><meta property="og:image:height" content="448"/>

    Is this the correct image?

    BTW, those dimensions are a bit small. Did you read the Setup Guide?

    i have read the setup guide.

    i have disabled open graph tags from shareacholic settings and set open graph image dimensions on the WPSSO plugin to 1200×1200 and cheched crop.

    but nothing happens.
    when i share a product from my smartphone and my tablet everything is ok. but when i see the post from my computer the image is too big and the resolution very bad.

    also when i share a product from my computer the picture is bad as well.

    Could you answer my question? Was that the correct image?

    You’ve made changes and now the image being included is:

    <!-- og:image:1 --><meta property="og:image" content="https://simposell.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/image7-1200x1200.jpg"/>
    <!-- og:image:1 --><meta property="og:image:width" content="1200"/>
    <!-- og:image:1 --><meta property="og:image:height" content="1200"/>

    Is this the correct image?

    js.

    Thread Starter lucy88cy

    (@lucy88cy)

    Yes is the correct image. The dimensions are wrong.
    By the way this does not happen to all of the product posts.

    Plugin Author JS Morisset

    (@jsmoriss)

    The dimensions are correct — the image is indeed 1200x1200px. Isn’t this what you set in the plugin settings? 1200×1200 cropped?

    Why would you say the image dimensions are wrong?

    BTW, you need to disable this conflicting meta tag:

    <!-- Shareaholic Open Graph Tags -->
    <meta property='og:image' content='https://simposell.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/image7-1024x765.jpg' />
    <!-- Shareaholic Open Graph Tags End -->

    js.

    yes i have these settings.

    have a look:

    if i share this product the picture size is wrong:

    https://simposell.com/product/%CE%BE%CF%8D%CE%BB%CE%B9%CE%BD%CE%B7-%CE%BA%CE%AC%CE%B2%CE%B1-wooden-cava/

    but if i share this product the size is correct:

    https://simposell.com/product/sony-wireless-headphones/

    why????

    (@jsmoriss)

    Before diagnosing another URL, I’d like to finish with this one.

    So the settings and the image are correct, and you’ve fixed that duplicate meta tag, correct?

    Have you shared that URL on Facebook before? It looks like the Facebook cache is holding on to an old image. Try and change the URL to see if that fixes the issue.

    (@lucy88cy)

    yes i have shered this URL on Facebook.
    I changed the URL and i have the same problem again

    Plugin Author JS Morisset

    (@jsmoriss)

    Then Facebook must have the wrong image in their cache. When inspecting the share dialog, this is the image they are using:

    https://fbexternal-a.akamaihd.net/safe_image.php?d=AQAj7pDEVqRHlcxX&w=470&h=246&url=http%3A%2F%2Fsimposell.com%2Fwp-content%2Fuploads%2F2015%2F09%2Fimage7-1200×1200.jpg&cfs=1&upscale=1

    Have you tried renaming the image so the FB crawler can fetch a new copy?

    js.

    Thread Starter lucy88cy

    (@lucy88cy)

    I did rename the image but the problem still exists

    Plugin Author JS Morisset

    (@jsmoriss)

    I’m still seeing the same image URL:

    <!-- og:image:1 --><meta property="og:image" content="https://simposell.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/image7-1200x1200.jpg"/>
    <!-- og:image:1 --><meta property="og:image:width" content="1200"/>
    <!-- og:image:1 --><meta property="og:image:height" content="1200"/>

    js.

    (@lucy88cy)

    Check it out now. Different URL

    Plugin Author JS Morisset

    (@jsmoriss)

    The meta tags do not include any images. Did you get an image dimension warning for the new image you selected?
