Facebook share does not bring up comment window – Jetpack

I’m trying to make a new wp site (aspen) and have a new Jetpack install. If a user clicks the Facebook button, it increase the Like number, but a window does not pop up for the person to enter a comment and Submit it to their Facebook page. I connected WP to the FB API (have to connect each icon’s API individually besides using the Jetpack API). [Then when I tried to submit the problem to Jetpack I got an error: Please provide a valid blog URL. Do I not even know what a URL is? I entered realfoodyear.com with and without www] Under Settings/Sharing I’m using the “Official Buttons” and it’s “On for all Posts.” “Open links in new window” – is that right? Thank you
