Facebook share button gets last posts always

Hi. I have a couple of “share on facebook” buttons on the sidebar. The problem is that when i′m even on the homepage, the buttons shares the lst post. That happens also when i′m inside a category.
When i′m on pages the problem is gone.

What can i do to fix this?. Thanks!
