Facebook retargeting not working

    Hey guys,

    We’re trying to set up a Facebook re-targeting campaign. Problem is the pixel sees the products with content IDs with format wc_post_id_[ID] whereas your plugin creates the XML with just the [ID]. Please see this screenshot that shows it: https://i.imgur.com/WBicWHn.jpg

    As a result, the events registered by the pixel cannot be matched with the products in the catalog.

    Please advise!
