FACEBOOK resizing problem

I have installed the social sharing plugin but get a problem with the resizing from FACEBOOK. As you can see from the link https://tinyurl.com/lweyy7s
the images all get their heads cut off because they make a square image from the center of the frame rather than reduce the image top to bottom. Is there any way around this?Any help would be greatly appreciated.
