Your FB pixel is firing with a “Page View” trigger but transaction data is included in the data layer a bit later.

Try to change your “Thank You Page” tag to “DOM Ready”, it should work using that trigger event.

Could you explain why making it DOM Ready fixed the problem?

The order of data layer pushes are important here.

Data is not readable while the “Page View” trigger is firing. DOM ready happens some ms later, that time, GTM can already see order data in the data layer
